The Marlborough wine region produces the world famous Sauvignon Blanc wines, and the region is also New Zealand's largest wine producing region. And what better place to get to know the region than to spend a few days at a winery. A luxurious lodge is the best place to relax at the end of the day. Also see the wonderful scenery of Abel Tasman National Park before continuing your journey.
Tip, Start your journey from Wellington, where there is a ferry connection to South Island. This ferry ride is one of the most beautiful in the world. Ask more when we plan your trip.

Day 1. Welcome to the Marlborough area
Upon your arrival at Blenheim Airport, transfer to the lodge, surrounded by vineyards.
If you arrive by ferry from Wellington, a transfer from Picton will also be arranged.
Explore the beautiful area, walking trails and relax by the outdoor fireplace.
Day 2. Wineries
Embark on a guided tour of the region’s vineyards. The Marlborough region is world famous for its Sauvignon Blanc.
A guide, tasting and lunch are included in the package.
Day 3. Marlborough Sounds
Day trip and cruise to Marlborough Sounds.
Alternatively, we can arrange a guided kayak trip or a fish and seafood cruise. You can also cycle around the vineyards.
Day 4. Nelson Tasman
In the morning, the driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the next destination, Nelson.
In the afternoon, you can explore the city and visit some of the local artists and their galleries and studios.
In Nelson, you can also explore the many local small breweries where you will find local beers and ciders.
Day 5. Abel Tasman National Park
Embark on a guided tour of Abel Tasman National Park.
You can choose your preferred tour of the beaches or the rainforest.
Please note, the walking distance on excursions is typically about 10-12 km.
A guided kayak tour is also possible.
Alternatively, we can also offer a helicopter flight to Abel Tasman National Park. Ask more when we plan your trip.
Day 6. Where to next?
Final morning in Nelson and your next journey awaits.
Breakfast and airport transfers are included in your package. Ask about additional flights or accommodation options at your next destination.
