Adelaide, the capital of South Australia, has become a foodie's dream destination. The city offers a versatile restaurant culture with local produce from many local suppliers. South Australian wines are also world famous. This package offers the opportunity to try good food and wine, but also to see nature and wildlife on the scenic Kangaroo Island.

Day 1. Welcome to Adelaide
Meet your driver on arrival and transfer from Adelaide airport to the city centre and to your hotel where you can rest after your flights.
The hotel is centrally located so you can explore the city area by foot. As an example, visit the Historic North Terrace area.
Day 2. Barossa wineries
Day trip to the vineyards of the Barossa Valley. You can sample wines directly from the cellars of the vineyards as well as sample some local products.
Transportation, wine tastings and lunch are included in the package.
Day 3. A free day in Adelaide
Explore the Adelaide at your own pace.
Visit the Adelaide Oval Cricket Stadium, take a tram to the sandy beaches of Glenelg, go shopping at the Rundle Mall or enjoy a tasty lunch by the River Torrens.
Remember to visit Adelaide Central Markets where you will find fresh produce, cheeses, seafood and much more. Great place to get some items for a picnic. Open from Tuesday to Saturday.

Day 4. Koalas, sea lions and wildlife
Start the day early with a transfer to the airport, and then a short flight to Kangaroo Island. You will be greeted by a local guide and you will join a small group (up to 12 people) for the next two days.
Upon arrival, you will be served a traditional morning tea before you start your way to see the islands beautiful scenery and wildlife.
The journey continues to the north coast, where the guide will tell you about the area’s flora and wildlife, followed by an outdoor lunch matched with South Australian wines.
In the afternoon, you will visit the Seal Bay Conservation Park, where you get to meet Australian sea lions in their own habitat, the beach.
Overnight on the island.
Day 5. Natural wonders and kangaroos
The journey continues to Flinders Chase National Park, where you can explore the Remarkable Rocks natural stone formation and visit the Admiral Arch, home to a large long-nosed fur seal community.
A picnic lunch is served on the cliffs or in a sheltered place depending on weather conditions.
After lunch, you will also get to see other animals and have the opportunity to meet kangaroos in the wild.
Overnight on the island.
Day 6. Where to next?
Final morning in the Kangaroo Island and your next journey awaits.
Breakfast, airport transfer and flight to Adelaide is included to your package. Ask about additional flights or accommodation options at your next destination.
